Specialised Support In The Community

Majesty Healthcare provide specialist care and support for people with learning disabilities, autism, mental health conditions, associated complex needs, and home based support. Our purpose is to help everyone in our care to live safe, happy, meaningful and fulfilled lives, regardless of their challenges, where they’re valued, respected, listened to and supported, living as independently as possible.

At Majesty Healthcare, our values shape everything we do and drives us to act with dignity, ensuring that every person we support—and each other—feels included. We are flexible and responsive to the needs of the people we support through empowering them to make choices and decisions. Our staff are trained with the skills and values to provide caring and compassionate support, promoting a culture of openness, trust and honesty working collaboratively to improve lives and raise the standard of care. By fostering a strong sense of community, we create an environment where trust, accountability, and resilience enable us to learn, adapt, and grow together.

Social purpose is at the heart of Majesty Healthcare.

For us to help individuals we need to form long-lasting relationships with the people they know and trust. We support commissioners and referrers to find the right service for the individual in their care. Building a network of support around an individual is crucial in aiding their development – families, friends and the wider community all have an important role to play.

Referrers

‘Referrers’ are not just fellow healthcare professionals. Adult health and social care professionals looking to submit a supported living referral to us know, support and care for the individual who they are recommending our service to.

Commissioners

It is vital that we support our health and social care communities, as they support us, and this includes building long-lasting partnerships with Clinical Commissioning Groups, Integrated Care Boards and Local Authorities.

Individuals & Families

Our purpose is to help everyone we support live happy and fulfilling lives, families can play a crucial role in ensuring that the people we support get the care they need. Your views will be listened to carefully by all those involved in supporting your loved one.

This Our Ethos

Majesty Healthcare is committed to improving the lives of the people whom we support. We create and maintain an environment that promotes well-being, supports learning, personal development and social inclusion through empowering relationships.

The people we support are at the heart of everything we do at Majesty Healthcare. We strive to ensure safety and wish to improve the outcome of every person within our care. The housing and support we provide offers fantastic opportunities and bring happiness to their lives.

By creating an environment rich in resources and opportunities for clients to thrive, the aim is to instil hope and a positive future towards living a valuable independent life – whatever that means. We understand that an individual’s history and background do not and should not navigate or define their current understandings and situation. Because of this, situational awareness and resourcefulness are used to promote people to thrive.

Majesty Healthcare combines the stability of the care services with the flexibility and energy of our organisation. We are very proud to provide positive, effective support solutions to every individual within our care.

Our Pathway From Hospital To Home

We understand the significant responsibility of ensuring smooth transitions from hospital to the community while meeting the unique needs of each person. Hence, we carefully select clinicians who are a strong fit for the person they will support, fostering a personalised and seamless transition.

Our approach is built on co-production—we work closely with hospital teams, the person, their families, and commissioners to co-produce tailored support plans. Even after the transition, we maintain ongoing communication with providers to ensure that the right support is consistently delivered.

Our Support Pathways

At Majesty Healthcare we are committed to empowering individuals in our services to lead fulfilling lives in their communities.

Supported Living

Majesty Healthcare Supported Living Model aims to support people with short or long-term conditions to become more independent and achieve their goals in a safe, comfortable living environment. Our supported living services all have their own personality, brought to life by the people we support and our teams.

Support At Home

This is our most independent form of support, designed for individuals preparing to transition to fully independent living. It is ideal for those who have previously received more intensive care but now benefit from a lighter-touch, transitional service as they take the next step towards greater autonomy and self-reliance.

Discharge To Assesss

We’re committed to delivering high-quality, coordinated care that supports smooth transitions from hospital to community living. Our goal is to promote recovery, independence, and empowerment while creating meaningful, lasting outcomes for every individual on their journey toward a more stable and fulfilling life.

Positive Behaviour Support

Positive Behaviour Support is designed to improve the quality of life for people, particularly those with learning disabilities or behaviours that may challenge, by providing tailored care and support that promotes positive behaviours and reduces the need for restrictive practices. PBS is based on understanding the reasons behind behaviours of concern and addressing those needs through proactive, positive behaviour support strategies.

Intensive Support

Intensive support doesn’t mean restriction—it means reassurance. Our environments will be safe, therapeutic, and nurturing, staffed by experienced, compassionate professionals available 24/7. We are committed to reducing the risk of readmission through long-term planning and support, and to achieving positive outcomes through continuous improvement, feedback, and adherence to clinical and regulatory standards.

Outreach Support

Our outreach service is for people who need extra care or support either in their own home or within their local community to develop various skills that will increase their independence, community networks and improve their overall health and wellbeing. Some people will need on-going support while others may need short term support to achieve a specific goal / outcome.
