Supported Living

Majesty Healthcare’s Support Model is designed to empower individuals with complex needs to develop greater independence and achieve their personal goals within a safe, comfortable, and supportive living environment.

Our supported living services each have their own unique character, shaped by the people we support and the dedicated teams who work alongside them. While every service has its own personality, our structured support model ensures that the quality, consistency, and standards of care remain exceptionally high across all provisions.

We provide safe and welcoming environments where individuals are supported to rebuild and strengthen their daily living and vocational skills. Through person-centred planning and tailored support, we help people build confidence and resilience, enabling them to take the next steps in their recovery journey — including progressing towards greater independence within the community.

All of our services are staffed by experienced and well-trained professionals equipped with the skills and expertise to support individuals who may present behaviours that challenge. Each person we support holds their own tenancy agreement, promoting choice, control, and independence in line with supported living principles.

Our Accommodation Model

Majesty Healthcare provides bespoke accommodation options, including shared living and single-occupancy apartments/houses delivered within a hub-and-spoke model. This approach ensures the delivery of high-quality, person-centered care tailored to each individual’s specific needs, preferences, and aspirations.

All properties are refurbished in line with Majesty Healthcare’s robust build specification. Features include spacious wet rooms, integrated modern kitchens, and thoughtfully designed functional living spaces. Our environments are developed in collaboration with Design By Autism, ensuring that sensory-informed principles are embedded as standard to promote comfort, independence, and wellbeing.

We work closely with each individual’s Multi-Disciplinary Team (MDT) to incorporate bespoke adaptations where required. Every property is carefully designed and adapted to reflect the person’s assessed needs and identified risks, ensuring a safe, therapeutic, and supportive living environment.

Quality Accommodation

Our complex care supported living services are designed with the people we support at heart, our services are high quality and fitted with all the essentials for independent living, but each service still has a welcoming family feel. Our teams and the people we support truly injected our services with their own personality; making it their own.

Bespoke Support Plan

Each individual we support has a comprehensive, person-centred support plan outlining clear long-term objectives tailored to their aspirations and assessed needs. These goals may include accessing employment or volunteering opportunities, developing independent living and self-care skills, and increasing social inclusion within the community. Support plans are formally reviewed on a monthly basis to monitor progress, celebrate achievements, and identify any areas requiring adjustment. In addition, regular review meetings are held with the individual’s wider support network, including family members, professionals, and other key stakeholders, ensuring a collaborative and coordinated approach to achieving positive outcomes.

Health, Diet, and Budget

Physical health needs are actively monitored, with the management of any identified conditions incorporated into each individual’s support plan. This includes encouraging positive self-care routines, and supporting safe and effective medication management. Individuals who are new to the area are supported to register with local healthcare services, including their GP and other relevant professionals, ensuring continuity of care and access to appropriate treatment. Our team also provides ongoing support with diet and nutrition across all services. Staff are available to guide and assist individuals in maintaining a well-balanced diet, while also promoting budgeting skills to support independent meal planning and healthy lifestyle choices.
