Majesty Healthcare

Our Services

Our ambition is for people to experience a sense of belonging, and enjoy a fuller life, no matter how complex their personal situation. That’s why all our support packages are unique, recognising the distinct needs, ambitions, likes and dislikes of each person. Getting this right is dependent on a real understanding of what matters to them, so we work closely with their families and others in their lives to build support plans that really work for them.

We’re experienced in working with commissioners on transitions from secure hospitals and assessment and treatment units. Our commitment to this work is driven by our core belief in community-based support, and the protection of people’s human rights. We work hard to build rapport and trust with everyone we support, reducing need for chemical or physical restraint – and, gradually, the amount of support they need to enjoy life.

Our Support Pathways

At Majesty Healthcare we are committed to empowering individuals in our services to lead fulfilling lives in their communities.

Supported Living

Majesty Healthcare Supported Living Model aims to support people with long-term mental health conditions to become more independent and achieve their goals in a safe, comfortable living environment. Our mental health supported living services all have their own personality, brought to life by the people we support and our teams.

Support At Home

This is our most independent form of support, designed for individuals preparing to transition to fully independent living. It is ideal for those who have previously received more intensive care but now benefit from a lighter-touch, transitional service as they take the next step towards greater autonomy and self-reliance.

Discharge To Assesss

We’re committed to delivering high-quality, coordinated care that supports smooth transitions from hospital to community living. Our goal is to promote recovery, independence, and empowerment while creating meaningful, lasting outcomes for every individual on their journey toward a more stable and fulfilling life.

Positive Behaviour Support

Positive Behaviour Support is designed to improve the quality of life for people, particularly those with learning disabilities or behaviours that challenge, by providing tailored care and support that promotes positive behaviours and reduces the need for restrictive practices. PBS is based on understanding the reasons behind behaviours of concern and addressing those needs through proactive, positive behaviour support strategies.

Intensive Support

Intensive support doesn’t mean restriction—it means reassurance. Our environments will be safe, therapeutic, and nurturing, staffed by experienced, compassionate professionals available 24/7. We are committed to reducing the risk of readmission through long-term planning and support, and to achieving positive outcomes through continuous improvement, feedback, and adherence to clinical and regulatory standards.

Outreach Support

Our outreach service is for people who need extra care or support either in their own home or within their local community to develop various skills that will increase their independence, community networks and improve their overall health and wellbeing. Some people will need on-going support while others may need short term support to achieve a specific goal / outcome.

Mental Health Support

The Majesty Healthcare Model of Supported Living is an exciting innovation, developed to support adults living with enduring mental health problems, learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs.

We support people with long term mental health conditions, who require access to professional clinical and social support to enable them to reach their goals. Along their journey to mental health recovery outcomes are consistently measured with the individual and their wider support network; clinical, social, economic and qualitative to ensure maximum transparency.

The Majesty Healthcare Model of Supported Living was first developed to provide comprehensive support packages in a shared-residential supported living setting, but our experienced teams also provide 24/7 support for people who are living independently in their own homes.

This Our Ethos

Majesty Healthcare is committed to improving the lives of the people whom we support. We create and maintain an environment that promotes well-being, supports learning, personal development and social inclusion through empowering relationships.

The people we support are at the heart of everything we do at Majesty Healthcare. We strive to ensure safety and wish to improve the outcome of every person within our care. The housing and support we provide offers fantastic opportunities and bring happiness to their lives.

By creating an environment rich in resources and opportunities for clients to thrive, the aim is to instil hope and a positive future towards living a valuable independent life – whatever that means. We understand that an individual’s history and background do not and should not navigate or define their current understandings and situation. Because of this, situational awareness and resourcefulness are used to promote people to thrive.

Majesty Healthcare combines the stability of the care services with the flexibility and energy of our organisation. We are very proud to provide positive, effective support solutions to every individual within our care.

Putting People First

People are at the heart of every decision we make. We work together with those we support and their support network. Together, we agree personalised support plans and desired outcomes, and then assist everyone to achieve their individual goals at their own pace.

Dignity And Respect

Dignity and respect underpin the Majesty Healthcare approach to the people we support. We treat everybody the same regardless of their age, disability, gender reassignment, marriage and civil partnership, pregnancy and maternity, race, religion or belief, sex, and sexual orientation.

High Quality Care & Support

Quality, safety, good governance, and the delivery of successful outcomes are fundamental to our support model. We provide the highest quality services tailored to the needs of the individual , so the people we support can be assured they are in good hands.
