Our Support Model

Mental health support to empower independence!

At Majesty Healthcare, we are committed to empowering individuals severely affected by mental illness to lead fulfilling lives in their communities. Our innovative, clinically informed support model helps reduce hospital admissions, promotes independence, and ensures recovery is at the heart of everything we do.

The Majesty Healthcare supported living pathways support adults living with enduring mental health conditions, learning disabilities, autism, and/or associated complex needs. We support people with long-term mental health conditions who require access to professional clinical and social support to enable them to reach their goals. Along their journey to mental health recovery outcomes are consistently measured with the individual and their wider support network to ensure maximum transparency.

Supportive and recovery focused environments

We are committed to developing supportive and empowering environments where individuals can thrive. We focus on:

Thrive at Majesty

Thrive at Majesty’ is our model of support to enable a positive experience for people to lead the lives they want to live.

THE MODEL IS MADE UP OF THE 4 PILLARS BELOW.

This is built from published research about what matters to people who draw on social care, as well as input from those we support and our own expertise.

The Model provides a comprehensive framework soundly based on the views and experience of the people receiving support as well as those delivering care. Each of the pillars is explored in more detail on the following pages. While we already provide support consistent with most of the points noted in the pillars, we are now articulating them in a more structured way and ensuring we have the processes and procedures in place to ensure their effective delivery.

Majesty Healthcare provides specialist care and support for people with learning disabilities, autism, mental health conditions and associated complex needs. We support everyone in our care to live safe, happy, meaningful and fulfilled lives, regardless of their challenges.

Our Supported Living Model

Our mental health services are safe and comfortable environments where individuals can rebuild their skills, confidence and independence. All of our services have their own personality, brought to life by the people we support and our teams. Our supported living model ensures that the quality of care that we provide is consistent. Our teams offer a range of expertise across specialities including Mental Health Nursing, Learning Disability Nursing and General Nursing.

Building support networks

For us to help individuals we need to form long-lasting relationships with the people they know and trust. We support commissioners and referrers to find the right service for the individual in their care. Building a network of support around an individual is crucial in aiding their development – families, friends and the wider community all have an important role to play.

Referrers

‘Referrers’ are not just fellow healthcare professionals. Adult health and social care professionals looking to submit a supported living referral to us know, support and care for the individual who they are recommending our service to.

Commissioners

It is vital that we support our health and social care communities, as they support us, and this includes building long-lasting partnerships with Clinical Commissioning Groups, Integrated Care Boards and Local Authorities.

Individuals & Families

Our purpose is to help everyone we support live happy and fulfilling lives, families can play a crucial role in ensuring that the people we support get the care they need. Your views will be listened to carefully by all those involved in supporting your loved one.
