At Majesty Healthcare we work collaboratively with external healthcare representatives to build networks around the individual in our care. These support partnerships are vital in helping each individual to reach their goals, reduce the risk of relapse and to optimise and support their recovery journey.
With a focus on supporting the best interests of the people we serve, our support services and care coordination are tailored to people’s strengths and personal choices. We work directly with families, local councils, health and social care professionals, CQC and other colleagues across the sector to ensure we provide human-first and proper support.
Majesty Healthcare continuously works with our support workers and the specialist therapy team to provide person-centred approaches to care. Our teams are highly trained in Positive Behaviour Support (PBS), PROACT SCIPr, Autism Support, Learning Disability Support and a full range of training designed to support and meet the needs of the people we serve. We are present at every step of one’s care journey by providing care that supports people’s aspirations to live on their own terms in their local communities.
Referrers’ are not just fellow healthcare professionals. Adult health and social care professionals looking to submit a supported living referral to Majesty Healthcare know, support and care for the individual who they are recommending our service to. They have built a relationship with the individual, sometimes over several years and at this stage they are a key person in helping us determine if we are the best next step.
Our supported living services provide accommodation and support for people living with a mental health diagnosis, learning disability, autism, or associated complex needs. Our aim is to work collaboratively to ensure we provide support packages which incorporate the individual’s needs, whilst our focus is on enabling people to achieve their goals and to become more independent.
It is vital that we support our health and social care communities, as they support us, and this includes building long-lasting partnerships with Clinical Commissioning Groups, Integrated Care Boards and Local Authorities. We evaluate our services in partnership, to ensure the development of financially responsible and sustainable supported living schemes.
Majesty Healthcare has a robust clinical governance framework, using independent mental health professionals to take part in a comprehensive and rigorous process of ensuring that our services meet the highest standards of the Care Quality Commission.
Majesty Healthcare accepts referrals from Social Services, NHS Mental Health Case Managers, and Provider Trusts, Clinical Commissioning Groups (CCGs), Community Mental Health Teams, Secure Hospitals, Mental Health cute and Psychiatric Intensive Care Units, Rehabilitation and Recovery Inpatient Services. To progress a referral we will need:
